September 2002

Notes From The Author

We’ve had some changes to our website again.  In the process of changing our hosting provider, we lost many of our formatting changes so we forged ahead to try another new look!  When I found out that all the previous work that had been done needed to be scrapped, you can say some of us here that work on the website were not happy at all.  We took some recommendations from the fans that wrote us about the website and implemented the changes.  The website now has less windows and doesn’t look as “busy” as some of you mentioned.  We have also removed the white fonts against the orange background and replaced it with black so that wording is easier to see.  Also, as you can tell, I love pink so away goes the trendy orange colour that is so popular here in Europe.

I know that many of you are wondering when new music will come out and what the deal is.  Well, you’ll be happy to know that I’ve decided to work with Angel Star Records for the release of my new album that should hopefully be out by the end of the year.  Keep your fingers crossed that all goes well!

We had experienced a muggy heat wave for a tiny bit here in Belgium but now that September is here, we are back to grey, rainy cloudy weather.  It will give me plenty of chances to write more music since rain always puts me in the mood! J

Until then,

Roni ~

Music

Amazon.com has opened a new arena for musicians who would like to offer their music on the largest Internet retailer.  All music has been uploaded as of two weeks ago.  “If I Could” went from 13,800 to the position of 5180 in four days and was labelled “hot” by Amazon’s music rating system for the most downloads in a short period of time.  Visit Amazon.com when you have a moment and show your support!

Angel Star Records will be collaborating with Roni Greer on her upcoming 2nd album which is scheduled for release in December 2002 in time for Christmas.  They will offer more support and Internet presence for additional exposure.  The album being worked on will consist of 11 new songs in which three will be available for free download.  The album will retail for $10.00 and can be purchased on www.angelstarrecords.com and Amazon.com when ready.
